I promptly bought a copy of it, and its sequel, Pattern Magic 2. These are the winners of the giveaway. Pattern Magic 2; wearing a square. I had been dreaming of a bias cut, cowl necked top for a bit, and after the pattern Magic weekend I ran, I wanted to try out the Different Looks, Different Facings patterns in Pattern Magic 2. Did you know we're now stocking Pattern Magic 2 in English? I tried to use the random number generator, but to show the results, I have to take a picture of the results, and post it on the blog. I believe Pattern Magic 3 is also out, but as it deals with stretch knits, I'm not as interested in it. This was one of the earliest garments in this excellent book to catch my eye, and as it turns out probably the easiest. Not long ago we covered the fashion cult favorite, Pattern Magic. Pattern Magic 2 is the cult pattern-cutting text from Japan, partner to the original Pattern Magic book. You can download this book Pattern Magic by Tomoko Nakamichi in pdf form online, but it is in Japanese.
